We are looking for a Principal Agile Delivery Consultant/Team Lead to drive the success of the business by leading project teams focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, and help to develop and grow our Agile Delivery capabilities as one of our Team Leads.We look for people who embody:Innovation to solve the hardest problems.‍Accountability for every result.‍Integrity always.About The RoleYou will be responsible for leading project teams as well as providing thought leadership and expertise to support our sales department in expanding existing accounts through effective discovery and consultancy activities, providing advice and recommendations, based on knowledge and experience, to address client needs.You will ideally have a variety of roles in a variety of domains in your background such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Lead along with Team Leadership. Familiarity with Cloud technology would be hugely beneficial along with experience in working on cross discipline projects - Data, AI/ML, Platform, App Dev, Security - in a consultancy environment.
