What You'll Be Doing This is a self-driven, field-based role focused on bringing new property listings into our weekly auction. You'll be responsible for: Generating new business through estate agents, solicitors, and other professional partnerships Pitching our auction services and converting inbound and outbound leads Conducting valuations and guiding vendors through the process Managing your own diary and pipeline of opportunities Nurturing existing relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals Presenting to individuals and groups, both in person and virtually What We're Looking For We want someone with a strong track record in property sales and valuations, ideally with experience as a Valuer or Branch Manager. Must-Have Experience & Skills: 3-5+ years in the property industry (valuations, sales, or management) Proven success in winning new business Strong communication and presentation skills Confident cold-caller and relationship builder UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel Comfortable using Microsoft Office and video meeting tools Nice-to-Haves: Experience in property auctions B2B sales or business development background Existing industry contacts (estate agents, solicitors, etc.) What You'll Get in Return Uncapped commission structure Realistic first-year earnings: £90,000 - £125,000+ Career progression in a high-growth, forward-thinking company ️ Autonomy to manage your own pipeline and strategy Supportive team culture with a performance-driven edge Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
