Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your expertise drives real impact?My client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Health, Safety & Food Compliance Manager to lead their safety and compliance agenda across the central production and delivery operations.Key Responsibilities Deliver Performance Excellence: Achieve and exceed targets for Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Allergen management. Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead proactive internal audits, reactive interventions, and deliver measurable improvements across all operations. Champion a Safety Culture: Coach and support teams to embed best practices and maintain the highest safety standards. Maintain HACCP & Safety Systems: Implement and manage bespoke HACCP systems aligned with global standards, ensuring consistent workplace safety and compliance. Operational Engagement: Partner with managers and frontline teams to strengthen safety performance from production through to customer delivery. Incident & Risk Management: Lead investigations, prepare risk assessments, and ensure robust corrective actions are in place. Collaboration & Support: Work hand-in-hand with management, HSE specialists, and operational teams to maintain seamless safety systems across all sites. External Liaison: Communicate effectively with enforcement bodies and ensure all regulatory and accreditation standards are met. Business Support: Contribute to new business mobilisations and retention by implementing world-class HSE standards. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in Health & Safety and Food Safety management, ideally within a production or catering environment. Strong understanding of HACCP, workplace safety management, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels. A proactive mindset and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Why Join?
