Who We’re Looking For: A graduate (2:1 or above) in any subject, with a preference for those studying core subjects, Humanities, or Psychology.Someone enthusiastic about working with secondary school students and committed to pursuing a teaching career.Excellent communication skills, confident in building relationships with students and staff.Reliable, punctual, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally.Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is beneficial but not essential.
