Boasting a wide range of spaces with state of the art facilities as well as impressive sustainability initiatives their team are dynamic and forward thinking and with new and exciting plans on the horizon there’s never been a better time to join.THE ROLE There is now an opportunity to join the events team as an Event Executive. The Event Executive will provide operational and administrative support for events while also acting as the main point of contact for client needs within the event space. Key responsibilities include: Pre-plan, manage, and operate exhibitor days, internal events, and small-scale eventsEnsure adherence to company procedures and health & safety legislationSupport the post-event process, including follow-ups with internal teams and clientsAct as a primary contact within the event space for clients, contributing to product development and service improvementsAssist Event Managers on complex conferences, including floor management and second-point-of-contact dutiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, exhibitors, and service providersMonitor and report on service provider performance, providing feedback where necessaryManage event administration, ensuring accurate handovers between Account Management, Event Management, and service providers THE CANDIDATE To be successful as a Event Executive, you will have previous experience delivering small events, excellent communication skills and initiative and an enthusiastic approach to delivering seamless events.In return they offer an excellent benefits package, fantastic team culture and overall package.
