The RoleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.Provide targeted academic and pastoral support to students in small groups or one-to-one.Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment.Develop your understanding of effective teaching practices.Take part in professional development sessions and prepare for progression into teacher training.
