Client Success & Marketing Executive - Customer Focused with a Marketing Mindset! Location: Derby Job Type: Full-time Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (DOE) Bonus: Monthly Company-Wide Bonus Scheme (Discretionary, approx. £5,000/year) Are you a customer service professional looking to step into a more strategic, growth-focused role? What You'll Be Doing As an Affiliate Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of affiliate partners. You'll nurture relationships, analyse performance, and help shape marketing strategies that drive global success. Your day-to-day will include: Providing top-tier support to affiliate partners via email, phone, and instant messaging Reviewing and onboarding new affiliates with a focus on quality and compliance Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve ROI Ensuring marketing campaigns meet compliance standards, especially for high-profile clients Building strong relationships to unlock growth and long-term success Attending major industry events in cities like Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, and Barcelona Contributing to a positive and professional team culture What We're Looking For 1+ year in customer service, account management, or sales-related roles (preferred) Excellent communication skills - written and verbal GCSE Maths Grade B/6 or above A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach Analytical mindset with the ability to meet deadlines A genuine interest in marketing and account management Experience in affiliate marketing is a bonus, but not essential Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
