International Financial Controller London | Global Finance Leadership We're seeking an experienced International Financial Controller to oversee the finance operations of 40+ entities across Malta, Germany, the UK, and India. This is a hands-on, high-impact role driving accurate reporting, robust governance, and operational efficiency across the Group. What you'll do: Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual closes, consolidations, and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with local laws, IFRS, and Group policies, partnering with auditors and advisors globally. Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP optimizations to streamline reporting and controls. Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence. Mentor and guide finance teams, supporting strategic initiatives across the Group. What we're looking for: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 7+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally in multi-entity international finance. Strong IFRS, consolidation, and audit experience, with proven leadership in multi-jurisdictional operations. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communicator, comfortable working globally with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. ERP-savvy (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
