Senior FP&A Manager | High-Growth Fintech | London (Hybrid) £70-80k + Performance-Based Equity | London (3 days in office) We're seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join a lean, rapidly growing fintech delivering innovative global payments and multi-currency solutions. This newly created role reports directly to the CFO, offering board-level exposure and the opportunity to shape the FP&A function as the business scales internationally. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals Provide monthly performance insights and variance analysis to the Board Develop and enhance financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making Partner with business units across multiple markets to analyze performance drivers, risks, and opportunities Support regulatory reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance FP&A efficiency Ideal Candidate ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with experience in audit, fintech, or financial services 3+ years of FP&A, financial modelling, and commercial finance experience Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis, with board-level reporting experience Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment Immediate availability preferred Why Join?
