What You’ll DoAs an AI Transformation Associate Director, you’ll drive Singulier’s most advanced AI missions, combining strategic impact with hands-on technical leadership. You’ll lead engagements across Due Diligence, Transformation, Implementation, and Build, with a strong focus on LLM architectures, AI Agentix frameworks, and AI-enabled business models.You will be both a trusted advisor to executives and a technical architect capable of designing and building scalable AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Tech Due DiligenceAssess AI, data, and tech maturity in investment contexts.Evaluate model architectures, scalability, and business impact potential.Identify key value levers and technology risks for investors.Transformation & AI StrategyDefine AI roadmaps and data strategies aligned with value creation goals.Design architectures leveraging LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI Agentix ecosystems.Translate AI opportunities into tangible operating model shifts.Implementation & BuildLead end-to-end design and build of AI systems and intelligent agents.Collaborate with engineering and data teams to operationalize prototypes at scale.Ensure robustness, security, and efficiency in deployed solutions.Practice Leadership & GrowthContribute to building Singulier’s AI frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators.Mentor teams on AI engineering, productization, and client impact.Support business development and thought leadership initiatives.Requirements- 7+ years in AI, data, or applied tech consulting.- Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI Agentix frameworks, and system architecture design.- Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI or data systems.- Track record in Due Diligence, digital transformation, or AI delivery.- Strategic mindset and ability to simplify complex tech topics for C-level audiences.- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI stacks (LangChain, Vector DBs, MLOps, etc.) is a plus.- Fluent in English and French.
