What You’ll Be Doing as Chef De Partie:Prepares and presents exquisite dishes with meticulous attention to detail.Innovates seasonal menus that blend authenticity with creative flair.Demonstrates a flair for flavour, plating finesse, and calm under pressure.Shows commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and culinary creativity that complements Gilpin Spice’s Pan-Asian concept.Upholds the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.Collaborates with the whole restaurant team and supports the senior team to enable smooth kitchen operations.
