Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the prestigious Nomura offices in the heart of the City of London.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.The role at Nomura offers a great working environment, sociable hours, and a genuine work-life balance. The site operates Monday to Friday, daytime – no weekends. The successful candidate will also have flexibility to work occasional evening events, with overtime available.We Offer:Rate: £34,000 per annum plus OTDaily food allowance of £10 per dayShifts: Mon-Fri (must be flexible to work evenings when required)Contract: 45 hours / PermanentAbout the Chef de Partie role:Food preparation, stock rotation and food labellingGeneral cleaning dutiesEnsuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all timeChef academy training available to improve your chef skillsThe ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
