About the Role: As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in guiding buyers and sellers through their journey with care, honesty, and professionalism. Responsibilities: Register and qualify applicantsArrange and conduct viewingsProvide honest feedback to clients and applicantsNegotiate offers with clarity and fairnessWork collaboratively with your team to meet collective targetsMaintain accurate records and support the sales process from start to finishSearch our New Business OpportunitiesConduct Market Appraisals (DOE)What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of estate agency experience (essential)A warm, personable approach with excellent communication skillsA strong desire to succeed, yet a team player who supports othersSomeone who values honesty, fairness and integrityA professional who wants longevity in their career with an agency that will grow with themWhy Join?
