With a strong global presence, VisaTier provides strategic consulting and premium immigration solutions for private clients and investors worldwide.As we continue to expand across new regions, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (Central Asia) to lead and manage our business growth and partnerships across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and neighboring markets.This role requires a dynamic and business-minded professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of regional business environments and investment markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead business development and partnership initiatives across Central Asia in line with VisaTier’s global expansion strategy.Identify and engage potential clients, agents, and institutional partners in the region.Manage and grow a network of local representatives, B2B partners, and referral channels.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and diversification.Promote VisaTier’s programs and services at regional events, exhibitions, and business forums.Develop and execute tailored business strategies for the Central Asian market, ensuring alignment with company goals.Oversee contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and performance monitoring.Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to localize promotional content and campaigns.Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and ethical standards in all regional activities.Who You Are:4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in international services, finance, or investment.Strong understanding of Central Asian markets and established business networks in the region.Proven track record of achieving business growth and building long-term partnerships.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh or Uzbek is a strong asset.Desired Skills:Entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Experience working with high-net-worth clients, investment firms, or government entities.Cultural intelligence and the ability to adapt communication to local business environments.Strong organizational and reporting skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a global team.What We Offer:Competitive fixed compensation package + performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to lead VisaTier’s expansion strategy in one of the most dynamic global markets.International exposure and direct collaboration with senior leadership.Participation in global events, investment forums, and industry conferences.Collaborative, multicultural work environment with strong career growth potential.Continuous professional development and access to industry expertise.
