Full TimeWe are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our inclusive secondary school. The successful candidate will support students across Years 7 to 11, assisting in the management of behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about student welfare and behaviour management.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours. Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning. Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral leaders to monitor and support student progress. Candidate Profile: Experience in a pastoral or support role within a secondary school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
