This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to lead a high-performing team, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional client service within a fast-paced, high-profile environment. What You’ll Do: Lead, develop, and inspire the Conference & Events team to achieve outstanding results. Maximise profitability across a multi-million-pound operation. Work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver business strategy. Ensure flawless event execution — from setup to close — meeting client KPIs and service standards. Collaborate with culinary, cellar, and operations teams to deliver premium experiences. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, training, and operational excellence. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in conference & event management. Proven ability to manage large-scale events and diverse teams. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L. Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills. A proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence.
