Job Opportunity: KS1 Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Burnley Contract Type: Full-time Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour Start Date: As soon as possibleAre you passionate about supporting young learners in their early education journey? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.About the Role:As a KS1 TA, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities.Support pupils with additional needs where required. About You:We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting (KS1 experience preferred).Is patient, caring, and committed to helping children thrive.Has strong communication and teamwork skills.Holds a relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 desirable).Is flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
