Breakfast Duty Manager - Central London Hotel & Restaurant Salary: £33,000 per annum + approx. £4,000 Tronc Hours: 48 hours per week Availability: Must be available for early morning breakfast starts Location: Central London An elegant, high-end hotel and restaurant in the heart of London is seeking an experienced Breakfast Duty Manager to take ownership of the morning operation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a premium service environment and enjoys leading a team during the busiest part of the day. The Role: Oversee all breakfast service operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally Manage daily reporting, cash handling, and shift handovers Uphold brand standards and service excellence The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager in a quality hotel or restaurant setting Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and attention to detail Confident leading a team and communicating across departments Organised, reliable, and comfortable with early starts Strong presence on the floor and a hands-on leadership style The Package: £33,000 base salary plus approximately £4,000 Tronc 48-hour working week 33 days annual leave Central London location with great transport links Training and career progression opportunities Complimentary meals on duty and staff discounts If you're an experienced hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your management career, please apply today with your CV.
