Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, building dashboards and analytical tools from venues, food and beverage offerings to merchandise and premium experiences. What You'll Do Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that deliver actionable commercial insights. Analyse venue data across Europe to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Partner with venue and central teams to optimise pricing, F&B operations, and merchandising. Explore audience behaviour - from genre-based spending patterns to emerging lifestyle trends. Support the rollout and integration of new POS and reporting systems. Collaborate with senior leaders on initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth. About You Confident working with data and skilled in building and visualising dashboards. Commercially aware, with strong numeracy and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from leaders across Europe and the US. Experience in analysis, commercial operations, or insight within a fast-paced environment. Why Apply?
