Annapurna HR have been engaged by a leading services firm to find a talented Employee Relations Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving continuous improvement within a collaborative and high performing team. Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and case management support on disciplinary, grievance, capability, and industrial relations matters, including dispute prevention and resolution.
Prepare case documentation, drafting decisions, and recording accurate minutes of hearings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, unions, regional leaders and industry stakeholders to enhance engagement and collaboration.
Develop and update the Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance with current employment legislation.
Conduct research and analysis on employment law, health and safety, and well-being trends.
Develop and deliver IR-related content, training sessions, policies, and guidance to employers and union stakeholders.
Key Skills:
Proven experience working within and Employee Relations position with strong understanding of Employment Law.
Strong communication and people skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt style and approach to different audiences and learning needs.
Excellent organisation and planning skills.
High attention to detail.
Committed to delivering responsive, high-quality service support to colleagues at all levels.
