Treatment Coordinator - Private Dental Clinic - Clapham, London Full-time | £15+ per hour About the Role We are looking for an experienced and confident Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our well-established private dental clinic in Clapham. This is a full-time, office-based position in an modern work environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a treatment coordinator in a private dental setting, with implant knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care and communication. Key Responsibilities Manage the full patient journey, from enquiry to treatment completion Conduct consultations and present treatment plans confidently and clearly Support patients in understanding their options, finance plans, and next steps Work closely with clinicians and specialists to coordinate treatment schedules Maintain accurate patient records using Carestack software Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and treatment acceptance Contribute to the practice's growth through excellent service and patient retention Requirements Must be an experienced Treatment Coordinator Must have worked in a private dental clinic Must have implant knowledge Working Hours Full time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday How to Apply If you are an experienced Treatment Coordinator with a background in private dentistry and an understanding of implant treatments, we would love to hear from you.
