Job Title: Multi-Skilled Repairs Operative (Plumbing & Carpentry Focus) Location: Sutton, LondonContract Type: Temp - 3 MonthsOur client is looking for a reliable, versatile Multi-Skilled Repairs Operative to join our maintenance team. If you have a strong background in plumbing and carpentry and enjoy providing excellent service to residents, this could be the role for you! The Role: Carry out day-to-day repairs across our housing portfolio, with a focus on plumbing and carpentry. Complete first and second fix work, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Respond efficiently to emergency repairs and service requests. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Work safely and in line with all company policies and procedures. The Candidate: Proven experience in plumbing and carpentry, ideally in a housing or maintenance environment. Multi-skilled in other general repair tasks is desirable. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices. Excellent communication skills and a professional, resident-focused approach. Valid driving license is preferred.
