Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Processes Client travel requests in accordance with the Service Level Agreements, Client Travel Policy and Passenger Profiles. Working to an expected performance level of transactions and quality. Source NETT fares (i.e. consol, offshore, marine) whenever possible Seeks opportunities to sell ancillaries (e.g. car hire, hotel, airport transfers, lounge passes, chauffeur drive) to Clients. Processes prospective client cost comparisons/quotations. Seeks opportunities to exceed Client expectations (e.g. preferred seating, upgrades/business class extras, airline reward/loyalty schemes, creative ticketing) Processes all travel requests in line with the Company's Operational Procedures and ensures all notepads are entered into bookings. Manages team queue, reviews bookings and ensuring all airline remarks are actioned, provisional reservations are actioned accordingly, ancillary process is completed. Seeks advice from Team Leader to resolve any issues/queries when processing bookings, demonstrating initiative and offering solutions to client. DEVELOPMENT OF SELF AND OTHERS: Assists in the development of less experienced team members as required and willing to mentor and assist with staff training as required. Support Team Leader, team members and colleagues in other teams/departments. (In consultation with Team Leader) Key skills, knowledge, and personal qualities: Previous experience as a coach or mentor (desirable) Conversant on a GDS system - Galileo or Amadeus preferred (essential) Fares and Ticketing knowledge (essential) Ability to work under pressure.
