As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join us and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office.Role Overview:This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, supporting the smooth operation of the business through effective communication, organisation, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly mannerCommunicate with suppliers to place orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve queriesUpdate and maintain company records and spreadsheets using Microsoft ExcelKeep website information up to date (e.g. product details, pricing, and availability)Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document managementProvide occasional support to other departments as required Skills & Experience Required:Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service roleConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProactive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasksComfortable working in a small team environment where flexibility is key What We Offer:Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, onsite)Friendly, supportive, family-run working environmentVaried and interesting workload with opportunities to learn and growCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Free onsite parking If you are interested in this role, please click apply!
