Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential LettingsLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: 30k to £36k per annum (Subject to experience and qualifications)Position: PermanentThe Company Join a well-respected established leading independent estate and lettings agency in Milton Keynes area as a Residential Property Manager: overseeing residential lettings and ensuring exceptional service to landlords and tenants in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.This role requires someone who is highly organised, thrives under pressure, and is confident handling all aspects of residential property management - from maintenance coordination to legal notices. You’ll build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, while supporting a professional lettings team.This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based position offering a competitive salary and long-term stability within a respected company.Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential rental propertiesCoordinating repairs and maintenance with landlords, tenants, and contractorsEnsuring properties are compliant with safety certificates and regulationsHandling deposit disputes, renewals, and check-outsServing Section 8 and Section 21 notices as neededBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsResponding promptly and professionally to enquiries and issuesSupporting the lettings team with administrative duties when required Skills & Experience Required Experience in residential property management (essential)ARLA qualification (advantageous but not essential)Solid understanding of lettings legislation and proceduresStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent problem-solving abilityOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesConfident telephone manner and strong communication skillsFull UK driving licence The Benefits Competitive salaryMonday to Friday working week (no weekends)Join a reputable, independent agency with a strong local presenceSupportive team environmentOpportunities for career development and progressionSponsorship for ARLA Qualification Ready to take the next step in your property career?
