Hybrid (2 days per week in the office, located near Stratford-Upon-Avon)Senior Broker / Senior Technical Placement Broker A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Broker to join a highly respected national insurance brokerage. This role offers the chance to work on large corporate, complex, and multi-class placements while supporting a network of regional offices across the UK.What you'll be doing: Manage placement of commercial and mid-corporate new business and renewals across an array of commercial risks.Negotiate directly with insurers to secure competitive terms and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.Oversee tactical placement to ensure strong retention and consistent delivery standards.Engage with regional teams to develop new business pipelines and identify cross-selling opportunities.Act as a trusted broker and technical expert, providing insight on complex and high-value cases.Identify and implement enhancements to products, pricing, and placement strategies. What you'll bring: Proven experience in a market-facing commercial insurance environment, gained with a major insurer or broker.Ideally Dip CII qualified (or working towards).Strong technical knowledge across commercial linesExcellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
