Key responsibilities include assisting with tracking performance against KPIs, identifying trends and providing financial insights to help make strategic decisions and ensure the right products are available to customers. The role requires strong analytical skills, good communication, and proficiency in excel. As a eCommerce Coordinator 12 month FTC you willTrading & Commercial SupportAssist in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports; highlighting key trends for reviewSupport the tracking and impact reporting of OOS items and product availability, cascading this clearly and consistently to all key colleagues where it affects our plans and communicationsMaintain and update evergreen and ad hoc reports with accuracy and timelinessHelp gather insights from customer feedback and returns to support optimisation effortsOwn staff gifting assortment and logistics in partnership with the People TeamExecute the implementation of price changes across platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and support the scoping of a more efficient way to scale this processAs needed - support with NPD merchandising updates (or similar) or QAAs required support in trouble shooting across the Digital Team as it pertains to stock availability and cover (inc customer care) Operational ExcellenceEstablish global working relationships with supply chain to track product availability and deliver timelinesExecute stock updates and provide details of the process to aid scoping of an automated solution.
