Programme Length: Two yearsProgramme Type: RotationalAbout the ProgrammeOn our Economics scheme, you’ll actively contribute to economic analysis, policy development, research, and strategic advice, building expertise to assess market trends and support effective financial regulation.Across your rotations, spanning teams such as policy, research, and supervision, you’ll deepen your economic knowledge and provide rigorous analysis to help the FCA deliver on its strategy. Your first two rotations will be confirmed before you join, your career goals and interests will be considered when your final rotation is selected, aiming to support your aspirations and the FCA’s strategy.To apply for this programme, you will need to have or be studying towards a degree in Economics.You’ll develop core skills in judgement, engagement, self-management, and delivery, supported by mentoring and opportunities to learn from senior leaders.
