Attendance Officer – Westminster Full Time Help shape brighter futures by improving attendance and engagement!Looking for a proactive Attendance Officer to champion consistency, punctuality, and student wellbeing across the school. You’ll be the friendly face (and firm voice) helping students overcome barriers to learning.What you’ll do:Monitor, analyse, and report on attendance using ArborWork closely with students, families, and staff to boost attendanceLead creative interventions with the AVP and Education Welfare OfficerBuild positive relationships through home visits and support plansLiaise with external agencies and the Local Authority when neededWhat we’re looking for:A detail-driven communicator with confidence, empathy, and a knack for building trust. Experience in education and knowledge of attendance legislation is ideal.This is your chance to make a real difference, one student at a time.
