Job Title: Permanent SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Croydon Employer: Protocol EducationDescription: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate permanent SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a school setting. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in delivering lessons, support individual students, and help create an inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities: Support classroom activities and learning for children with additional needs. Assist with personal care, as required. Help implement individual education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Relevant qualifications or willingness to complete required training. DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
