Regional Manager - QSR company, KFC focussed - Glasgow Great salaryBonus to be discussedCar allowancePetrol and parking expensedGrowing company, lots of opportunity As QSR Regional Manager for this group of Quick Service Restaurants, you will manage up to 30 sites and the Area Managers of this region. This is a well known fast food chain and so knowledge of the QSR industry is essential. If you have experience working in a KFC, that is beneficial. You will be someone who has at least 5 years' experience in managing multi-site. As QSR Regional Manager you will be responsible for supporting and coaching Area Managers to achieve success in the delivery of on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor the Multi-site Area Managers to drive profitability and exceptional customer service across their sites, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards and values.You will have a proven track record in operational improvements and achievement of business goals and advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership are desirable.Skills and Attributes: Strong P&L management, data analysis, and performance metrics.Leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and team development.Customer service, passion, and strategic thinking.Excellent communicator, results-driven, and high emotional intelligence.Resilient under pressure, flexible schedule, including weekends. It is essential that you can drive as the sites are in and around the Glasgow area.
