The Role:As a Senior Associate, you will: Manage a broad and high-quality caseload including complex sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters, new builds, first registrations and shared ownership transactionsPlay an active role in the supervision and development of junior colleagues, providing mentoring and guidanceWork closely with the Reading-based partners and contribute to the growth and development of the teamBuild and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on excellent client serviceAssist with business development activities, local networking and maintaining the firm’s reputation across the Thames Valley ✅ Requirements: 5+ years PQE as a Residential Property SolicitorExperience handling complex and high-value property mattersTeam-oriented, with a proven track record of mentoring or supervising junior staffStrong communication and client care skillsComfortable working in a collaborative, partner-led environmentLocal knowledge of the Reading/Thames Valley property market is advantageousMust live within commutable distance of Reading (or be genuinely willing to relocate) What’s On Offer?
