GSL Education are working with a number of SEN Schools across Bordon that are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants.The needs of the pupils within the provisions vary from complex needs to challenging behaviour.These schools support the growth and development of pupils aged between 5-16 years and are responsible for devising a personalised curriculum for each child.The work pattern will be Monday- Friday Time: 08:30-15:30 To be successful for the SEN Teaching Assistant role experience is desirable in: Any teaching experiencesSports CoachingNursey backgroundSupport work or Health careYouth WorkWorking with challenging behaviour The SEN Teaching Assistant role: Settling the class into their tutor groupSupporting teachers in ensuring all pupils can access their curriculum1:1, 2:1 and small group activitiesWorking closely with teachers to ensure all pupils are supported in schoolFull-time is preferred but part-time applicants may still apply, as job shares can be availableHours 8:30am-3:30pm To work with GSL Education as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you should: Have the right to work in the UK. Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
