Teaching Assistant – Bournemouth Location: Bournemouth, Dorset Start Date: December 2025 Position Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday, Term Time) Pay: £89.38 – £95 per day (depending on experience)Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children’s learning in a classroom environment?Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bournemouth, seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team from December. The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils needing additional support.Help prepare classroom resources and provide administrative support.Support children with additional learning needs (SEND experience is a plus).Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. What We're Looking For: Someone with experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential.
