SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hourJob Duties: The SEN Tutor will be responsible for providing specialised educational support and guidance to students with special educational needs. This includes creating individualised learning plans, adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of each student, and monitoring progress closely.Required Qualifications: A recognised teaching qualificationExperience working with students with special educational needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational abilities Education: A degree in Education or a related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role, preferably working with students with special educational needsKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of special educational needs and different learning stylesAbility to adapt teaching methods and materials to suit individual student needsGood assessment and evaluation skillsKnowledge of relevant educational policies and practises Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in special educational needsExperience in creating and implementing individual education plans Working Conditions: The SEN Tutor will work part-time hours on a temporary basis. The role may involve working with students in various educational settings, such as schools or learning centres, within the Greater London area.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
