The Role We're looking for an Insight Analyst who can turn data into stories that inspire smarter marketing decisions. You'll work with a variety of stakeholders to uncover performance trends, deliver actionable recommendations, and support clients in achieving their strategic goals. Key Skills & Competencies Strong grasp of marketing performance metrics and KPIs Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Experience juggling multiple projects and stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail Confident operating in a fast-paced, agency-style environment Industry & Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of marketing performance measurement and attribution Awareness of current analytics and martech trends Experience using social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or similar) Proficiency in marketing intelligence platforms such as SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or Google Trends Skilled in data visualisation tools like Power BI or Looker (preferred) Familiarity with marketing and digital data sources (bonus) Interested?
