Compassionate Tutors Needed - Help Children Reconnect with Learning Flexible Hours | One-to-One Tuition | Immediate Start Available Some children want to learn - they just need someone who believes in them. We are recruiting motivational and resilient tutors to support young people who struggle to attend school due to anxiety, SEND needs or emotional barriers. This is not a typical tutoring role. You'll be working with pupils who have disengaged from education and need encouragement, patience and personalised teaching to help them rebuild confidence and routine. What You'll Do Provide tailored lessons in English, Maths, or core subjects Support pupils at home, online or in local community settings Use creative strategies to engage reluctant learners Encourage emotional wellbeing alongside academic progress Collaborate with parents, schools and safeguarding teams Who We're Looking For You might be: A qualified teacher looking for flexible work An experienced tutor who loves one-to-one teaching A teaching assistant or youth mentor with strong behaviour skills Most importantly, you are understanding, consistent and committed.
