Key Responsibilities: Manage classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring a productive learning environment. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects. Maintain student engagement and discipline, promoting positive behaviour. Support students in their learning and development, preparing them for academic success. What Tradewind are Looking For: A minimum 2:1 degree from a top UK university, preferably in a core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science). Strong classroom presence and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
