About our Clients Part of a growing Provider, this large and growing Nursery are now looking for an experienced Room Leader to work alongside the management team in the day to day running of their lovely setting. Hrs are Monday to Friday 40 per week with a great salary and mega goodies. RequirementsWhat are Clients are looking for Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare. Experience of leading and supporting a team. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life. A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum. Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported. Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach. Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children. Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
