About our Clients Based in Hitchin our clients 100 plus place setting are now looking for an experienced room leader to support their busy Toddler Room. A 40 hour week, Monday to Friday with great benefits, onsite parking and on good transport links. RequirementsWhat are Clients are looking for Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare. Experience of leading and supporting a team and working at a management level. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life. A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum. Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported. Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach. Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children. Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
