Please note: We can only accept applications from those who already have a right to work in the UK.---Pay: £13.85 per hourHours: 5 hrs per week (term-time), 8 hrs per week (school holidays) – flexibleLocation: FarnhamAbout the role:Support Tilly, a 14-year-old who loves sports, games, and active days outJoin in with football, basketball, and family trips (e.g. theme parks, community outings)Provide calm, consistent support – Tilly is non-verbal, with some speech and uses picture promptsHelp manage challenging behaviours with patience and firmnessSupport independence and confidence through fun activitiesWhat we’re looking for:Energetic, reliable, and supportive PAAble to give Tilly time and space to process communicationComfortable around pets (dog and cats at home – dog can be kept separate if needed)Ideally a driver, to enable outings in the communityWhy apply?Rewarding role supporting a young person with lots of energy and a love of activitiesFlexible hours – we’re happy to work with you on scheduling
