Class 1 (C+E) Driver Days - Immediate Start Location: Erdington / Solihull, Birmingham Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing Contract Shift Pattern Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays Day Start Times: 05:00 to 08:00 Afternoon Start Times: 12:00 to 14:00 Shift Length: 8-10 hours ✨Position Overview We are looking for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our client's well-established transport operation in Birmingham. 1-2 deliveries per shift No heavy lifting or handball required Trunking work, Depot to depot Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday. Induction and Assessment Required. Pay Rates - C+E Licence Required Class 1 - £16.95 per hour After 40 hours - £25.43 per hour ✨ Benefits Weekly pay (PAYE) 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata) Pension contributions Online payslips Flexible working patterns - long-term, short-term, ad hoc Supportive and friendly work environment ✅ Requirements & Responsibilities Valid C+E (Class 1) licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Good communication and teamwork skills Physically capable of assisting with unloading if required Reliable and punctual Safely complete local or distance deliveries. Assist with loading/unloading as required. Deliver goods with excellent customer service. Adhere to health & safety standards and driving regulations.
