They are now seeking an Associate Solicitor (1-4 years PQE) to advise on a broad range of family law matters, with a particular focus on private children work. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with Partners and Senior Associates on complex and high-net-worth disputes. This role suits someone who is commercially minded, solutions-driven, and confident handling both litigation and non-court dispute resolution. Experience across children and finance matters is essential, with stronger emphasis on children work. Key responsibilities: Advise and represent clients in private children and financial remedy matters.Prepare legal documents, manage litigation, and liaise with counsel and experts.Maintain accurate files and ensure full compliance with professional standards.Support marketing and business development through content and events.Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE in family law.Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Commercially aware, organised, and collaborative.Confident with family law software (e.g. Capitalise, Quantum).This is an outstanding opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that truly invests in its people and their careers.
