With a broad and varied client base, the firm provides opportunities to work on technically complex IP matters across multiple sectors.About the Role:We are seeking a Patent Secretary with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role to join a busy IP team. This is a key position supporting Patent Attorneys, Associates and Technical Assistants with the smooth running of cases, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining client relationships and assisting with both UK and international patent matters.Key Responsibilities: Manage attorney diaries, deadlines and correspondence to ensure smooth workflowPrepare and file patent documents with UK and international patent officesAssist with drafting and proofreading legal documents and formsMaintain accurate records in document management systems and track case progressLiaise with Clients, foreign Associates and internal teams to support ongoing matters Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Patent Secretary or in patent administrationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling deadlines and documentationProficient in IT systems and office softwareStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members What's on Offer?
