What the Role Involves Providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with special educational needs. Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, SEN TA, or in a similar support role (desirable but not essential). A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
