Recruit4staff are representing an established engineering business in their search for a Coded TIG Welder to work in GooleJob Details:
Pay: £38 per hour (£45 per day for digs)Hours of Work: Days - 10 hour days for 12 days, every other weekend offDuration: Temporary (8 weeks minimum)
Job Role: As a Coded TIG Welder, you will be responsible for precision welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, and exotic alloys. You will execute multi-pass welds (root, hot, fill, and cap) in a variety of positions, including overhead, vertical, and confined spaces, often outdoors or at height. You will be expected to maintain consistent weld quality and comply strictly with safety procedures, using appropriate PPE and ensuring proper ventilation at all times.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Fully coded to recognised standardsSkilled in welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and occasionally aluminium or exotic alloysCompetent in all welding positions (flat, vertical, overhead)Understanding of Welding ProceduresCSCS or CCNSG Safety PassportFull UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
