With a 4-day working week and a clean, well-equipped factory, this is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC Miller looking for stability and autonomy.This CNC Miller role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their setups, and is confident using Fanuc and Hercos controls.As CNC Miller, you will benefit from:4-day working week (Monday to Thursday – long weekends every week!)Working hours: 7:15am–5:15pm20 days holiday, increasing up to 25 with length of service, plus bank holidaysOvertime available at enhanced ratesClean, well-organised factory with modern equipmentAutonomy over your own work and setupsSupportive team with strong engineering knowledgeFree on-site parkingAs CNC Miller, your responsibilities will include:Operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc and Hercos controlsProducing precision components to engineering drawingsInspecting your own work using measuring equipmentMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentWorking independently to meet production targetsAs CNC Miller, your experience will include:Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision engineering environmentConfident using Fanuc and/or Hercous and/or Heidenheim controls- training providedAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsSkilled in using measuring tools such as verniers and micrometresStrong attention to detail and quality standardsIf you're ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
