About the role: Support teachers in delivering lessons and helping pupils stay engaged.Work with individuals or small groups to provide additional learning support.Assist with classroom organisation, planning, and preparation of learning materials.Promote pupils’ confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.Gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting and observe best practice in teaching.
