Production Operative – Alcester Location: Alcester Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (starting rate) About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing team in Alcester. You’ll be working as part of a small, friendly team producing high-quality silicon-based products. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key. Key Responsibilities Work to daily production targets and quality standards Assemble silicon-based products according to manufacturing specifications Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture About You Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is desirable but not essential – training will be provided Benefits Consistent working hours with an early Friday finish Full training and ongoing support Opportunity to develop within a growing company Please apply with a cv or forward it over to WAR23
