This is a fast-paced role offering excellent earnings, great career development, and the opportunity to deliver first-class customer service.They are seeking an engaging and enthusiastic individual who loves working in the property industry and selling properties.This is a dynamic and client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and generating new business opportunities.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Conducting property viewings and managing client appointmentsFollowing up with applicants and progressing leadsAssisting with property valuations and generating instructionsIdentifying and pursuing new sales opportunitiesEnsuring excellent client communication and service throughout the sales processSupporting the office team to meet and exceed branch targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Minimum 1 year of experience in residential sales or estate agencyExcellent customer service and sales skillsStrong telephone manner and confident communicationPresentable, ambitious, and self-drivenFamiliarity with the Littlehampton area (preferred)Full UK Driving Licence and own transportProfessional, reliable, and able to work under pressureFluent in written and spoken English What's In It For You?
